The Cryo-EM Facility provides state-of-the-art cryogenic electron microscopy capabilities to support structural biology research. Services include single-particle cryo-EM, cryo-electron tomography (Cryo-ET) of thin specimens, and microcrystal electron diffraction (MicroED) for the structural analysis of proteins, nucleic acids, and other biologically relevant molecules. The facility also offers sample screening and optimization to prepare researchers for high-resolution data collection and structure determination.
