The NCIBC Advisory Committee (AC) brings together three nationally recognized external scientists with expertise relevant to the Center’s research, one senior UNL faculty member, and one senior institutional official. This committee plays a crucial role in guiding the progress of the Center by evaluating the advancement of research projects and cores, supporting researchers in achieving independent funding, and reviewing new or replacement project proposals. The AC meets twice annually to provide strategic feedback and ensure the Center’s research aligns with its goals. Their input is essential in maintaining the Center’s high standards of scientific excellence.
