Proteomic Program
The proteomic program provides mass spectrometry-based analyses of proteins and peptides, including sample preparation, LC-MS acquisition and data analysis. Every experiment is unique and we collaborate to ensure that all aspects of experimental design, sample preparation, sample analysis, and data interpretation are thoughtfully planned to generate results of the highest quality. Data reports (PDF/Excel) containing details of your samples, methods used and results are available through our DMAC portal.
1- Gel based proteomics
We perform sample preparation and identification from excised 1D PAGE gel bands, 2D-PAGE or DIGE gel spots or in solution samples. The turnaround time is approximately 1-2 weeks.
2- Gel-free proteomics
If you are studying the differences in proteome between a normal and cancer population (for example) or want to validate a biomarker in plasma or saliva, we also offer state-of-the-art shotgun techniques for the differential analysis of the proteins in your samples. These services include label free and labeled quantitative proteomics experiments for global and targeted analysis. The turnaround time approximately is 2-3 weeks.
